Maintenance Engineer

Location: Wada, Palghar, Maharashtra

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in a specialty chemicals or dyestuff manufacturing company.

The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of plant maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and utility equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Plan and execute routine maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
- Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for planned and emergency maintenance.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment.

Required Equipment Experience

The candidate should have hands-on maintenance experience with:

- Glass Lined Reactors (GLRs)
- Stainless Steel (SS),



Mild Steel (MS), and Lead-Lined Vessels
- Spray Dryers
- Cooling Towers and Chilling Plants
- Ethoxylation Plants
- Pneumatic Systems
- Boilers
- Diesel Generators (DG Sets)
- Hot Oil Units
- Pumps, Vacuum Systems, and Valves

Candidate Requirements

- 5–7 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Experience in a specialty chemicals, chemical manufacturing, or dyestuff industry is preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- B.E. / Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates willing to work at the Wada, Palghar plant location are preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
