Job Summary

- Demonstrate knowledge of Oracle PLM Management and PLM Cloud Modules such as Innovation Management , Product Development, Product Information Management, and Quality Management.Should be able to understand the dependency of SCM Modules w.r.t to items and BOM .
- Must understand PLM business requirements and map requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Must deliver functional specifications documentations for RICEFW.
- Write/Review business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
- Should handle the Solution Development and configuration of End to End PLM processes in Oracle PLM Cloud Modules based on BR100 documents.
- Create/ Review and execute the test scripts for PLM processes with the Oracle PLM management.
- Work closely with Client Oracle SME's and Project Manager
- Gain Client acceptance of the Rollout solution as per Global Design template
- Ability to assist business user during CRP's/SIT's/UAT's
- Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Should handle the data mapping and review/fill in FBDI documents to support the migrations to Oracle PLM Cloud Modules from Legacy systems.
- Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations.
- Taking business transition from incumbent vendors/client IT during current client engagement onboarding phase.
- Responsible for training Key business users to handle their day to day processes with Oracle PLM Cloud Modules.




- Should have 2 or more end to end implementation experience. Oracle PLM cloud certification is value add.

Other Requirements

- Any University bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
- Overall 5 to 8 Years’ experience.
- Having Industry Domain Experience of 2-3 years will be an added advantage.
- Consultant having covered at least 3 of the functional areas of Oracle PLM Cloud like Product Development, Product Information management, Configurator Modeller, Innovation management and Quality Management
- Experience in Rollout and Implementation of Oracle SCM modules for EMEA, North America and APAC Countries
- Oracle PLM Cloud certifications highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Oracle solutions and proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP domain with experience in multiple End-to-End Implementations/Rollouts.
- Flexible to travel across Countries, should be ready for travel.
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication & Client Handling skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent problem Solving, Analytical and Presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication with a strong eye for detail
- Highly Organized and self-motivated
