As a Field Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of network infrastructure in diverse field environments of CNC VMC and Wireless. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, deploy and configure network equipment, and provide technical support to clients and end-users. You will work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and reliable network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Installation and Configuration:Deploy, install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components in various field locations.
Ensure proper integration of network devices and systems.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:Diagnose and resolve network-related issues, both remotely and on-site.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement preventive measures.

Technical Support:Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, clients, and other team members.
Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely issue resolution.

Network Monitoring and Optimization:Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize overall network efficiency.
Implement and maintain network security protocols.

Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Create reports on network performance and issues.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, hardware engineers, and software developers, to address network-related requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electronic, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in network support or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and providing timely solutions.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various field locations as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,359.06 - ₹30,148.72 per month
