Hiring: BPO Executive

Location: Hyderabad
Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced BPO Executives for our Hyderabad location. Candidates with prior BPO/call center experience and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls or chat/email support as per process requirements
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Meet daily/monthly performance targets (quality, AHT, CSAT)
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines

Requirements:





- 1–5 years of experience in BPO/customer service/call center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Male and female candidates welcome
