Plant Head – Manufacturing

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MBA – Mechanical, Production, Electrical or related discipline

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead the complete manufacturing operations and ensure excellence in production, quality, productivity, cost, safety and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations and achieve production targets.
- Manage Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR and EHS functions.
- Drive productivity, OEE improvement and cost optimization.
- Minimize downtime, rejection, wastage and operational losses.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and environmental requirements.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S,



Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead manpower planning, team development and performance management.
- Monitor plant KPIs and report performance to senior management.

Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, including 5+ years in a Plant Head/Factory Head role.
- Robust hands-on experience in plant operations and production management.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong focus on operational excellence, quality and cost control.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
