Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Insurance Manager to manage and grow our insurance business across multiple insurance categories.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the insurance sales team, acquiring new customers, managing existing clients, developing business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Insurance Products

The Insurance Manager will handle and promote a wide range of insurance products, including:

- Life Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Motor Insurance
- Other insurance products as offered by the company

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the insurance sales team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual insurance sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase insurance business and company revenue.
- Generate new customers through leads, referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Follow up on policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements,



and claims-related support.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop corporate/client relationships.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate customer information.
- Ensure all sales and customer processes follow applicable regulatory and company requirements.
- Contribute to overall business growth and profitability.

Required Skills

- 3–7 years of experience in insurance sales or insurance management.
- Good knowledge of multiple insurance products.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Insurance will be an advantage.
- Relevant insurance industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
