We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Exchange Evaluator to evaluate used vehicles and support the sales team in exchange and recent VinFast EV car sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect customer vehicles offered for exchange.
- Evaluate vehicle condition, model, age, mileage and service history.
- Check exterior, interior, engine/mechanical condition and accident history.
- Estimate the appropriate exchange value based on market conditions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for exchange quotations.
- Maintain accurate vehicle evaluation records and photographs.
- Interact with customers and explain the exchange valuation.
- Track used-car market prices and competitor valuations.
- Support the sales team in converting exchange enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with the used-car/evaluation team for final valuation and purchase process.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in used-car evaluation, automobile sales or vehicle inspection preferred.
- Good knowledge of used-car valuation and vehicle condition assessment.
- Basic technical knowledge of automobiles.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-handling ability.
- Valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: Based on experience and skills + Incentives.
