Position: VMC Programmer cum Operator

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer cum Operator who can handle programming, setup, and operation of VMC machines independently while ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and modify CNC programs (G-code/M-code) as per drawings.Set up and operate VMC machines for milling, drilling, and tapping operations.Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications.Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.Perform job setting, tool setting, and offset adjustments.Monitor machining process and ensure quality standards are maintained.Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments.Troubleshoot issues and optimize cycle time for better productivity.Maintain basic production and program records.

Requirements:ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.2–5 years of experience in VMC programming and operating.Knowledge of G-code/M-code and machine controllers (Fanuc/Siemens preferred).Ability to read technical drawings and handle measuring instruments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
