Counsellor
Department: Social Work
Reporting To: Case Manager

Abhasa Rehab & Wellness is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Counsellor to join our team.

Qualification:

- M.S.W. in Medical & Psychiatry

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual supportive counselling and psychoeducation.
- Conduct and support therapeutic group activities.
- Coordinate with clinical teams, and other departments.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with clients and families.
- Maintain weekly observations, session notes, incident reports, and monthly evaluation reports.
- Participate in family sessions, case presentations, and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Support client admissions, orientation, consultations, and overall care coordination.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Experience in mental health, rehabilitation, or healthcare settings is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Positive documentation and crisis management skills.
