Job Description – Accounts & Inventory Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Inventory Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting, stock and inventory operations, Bill of Materials (BOM), costing, and reconciliation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel and preferably experience in the herbs, spices, Ayurvedic, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, purchase, sales, expenses, and vendor records.
- Handle stock and inventory management, including inward, outward, transfers, and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare, maintain, and update Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and stock consumption.
- Perform inventory and accounts reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the purchase, production, warehouse, and accounts teams.




- Maintain accurate records of stock valuation and product costing.
- Prepare inventory, consumption, purchase, and MIS reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of bills, invoices, GRN, stock records, and related transactions.
- Work extensively on Tally and Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and MIS reporting.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Tally.
- Excellent command of Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and inventory costing.
- Experience in stock reconciliation and inventory management.
- Understanding of accounting principles and manufacturing inventory processes.
- Good analytical and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Herbs, Spices, Ayurvedic, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Food Processing, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
