Position: Business Operations Coordinator

Experience: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate day-to-day operations across **IT, Solar, and Import & Export** verticals.

* Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and business partners.

* Track leads, follow-ups, requirements, and business activities.

* Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and documentation.

* Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

* Support management in planning and executing business operations.

* Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.

* Handle emails, calls, meetings, and regular business communication.

* Assist with import/export documentation and coordination when required.

* Monitor multiple tasks and ensure proper follow-up until closure.

Required Skills





* 2–3 years of experience** in Business Operations, Operations Coordination, or a similar role.

* Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.

* Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

* Good knowledge of **MS Office/Google Workspace**.

* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

* Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Experience or exposure to IT, Solar, and Import & Export operations will be preferred.

* Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
