Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
- Handle Manufacturing Accounting, including Raw Material purchase, consumption, stock and related accounting.
- Maintain and reconcile Raw Material, Finished Goods and Inventory records.
- Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and documentation.
- Support GST, TDS and other statutory accounting/compliance requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and other management reports as required.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, production and other departments for accounting-related matters.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Lead and manage the Accounts Team, allocate work and monitor team performance.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist management in financial analysis and decision-making.

equired Qualifications

- B.Com is Mandatory.




- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Good working knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting.
- Strong understanding of Raw Material Accounting and Inventory Accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and other basic statutory compliances.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
