Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to lead our Australia, Canada Migration and overseas education . The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in overseas migration sales, and study abroad particularly in handling Australia and Canada immigration programs. This role requires a strong leader capable of managing and motivating teams across multiple branches while driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor sales teams across multiple branch locations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational and branch-wise revenue targets.
- Drive sales growth for Australia and Canada migration programs, including skilled migration, PR pathways, study-linked migration opportunities, and related visa services.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and team productivity across branches.
- Conduct regular training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews for sales executives and team leaders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and service standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead-generation and client acquisition strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients and business partners.
- Handle escalated client concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts,



and performance analyses for management review.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all branches.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1* years of experience as a Sales Consultant in an Overseas Migration or Immigration Consultancy.*
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Australia and Canada Migration programs.
- Proven expertise in selling and managing services related to:
- Australia Skilled Migration
- Australia Employer-Sponsored Pathways
- Canada Express Entry
- Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
- Canada Work Permit Pathways
- Other Australia and Canada immigration streams
- Experience managing teams across multiple branches and locations.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, eligibility criteria, and migration pathways for Australia and Canada.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and people-management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.




- Experience in handling large sales teams and multi-location operations.
- Strong understanding of overseas education and migration market trends.
