Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for various financial products and services, driving business growth and profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships,

- Manage the branch budget, control expenses, and ensure the branch meets its financial objectives.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Actively participate in community events and local business development initiatives to enhance the branch's presence and reputation.
