Job Description:

This is a full time, on-site Team Leader – Sales role at ATS Share Brokers Pvt. Ltd. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and supporting the sales team, overseeing day-to-day sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving business targets.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Banking and Insurance will be well suited for this role, particularly those with experience in client acquisition, relationship management, lead generation, cross-selling, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities Proven experience as a Sales - Team Lead.

- Demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing a team of sales professionals.




- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Understanding of financial markets and investment products is preferred.
- Candidate must have a knowledge of share trading.
- Should have excellent communication skills and good business acumen.
