About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Golf Instructor to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals passionate about golf, including freshers, former caddies, or active amateur players looking to turn their love for the game into a career. You will help players of all skill levels improve their technique, understand course etiquette, and enjoy their time on the green.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide introductory to intermediate golf instruction to individual clients and small groups.
- Assist with range management, equipment care, and setting up training areas.
- Teach basic golf fundamentals, including grip, posture, swing mechanics, and putting.
- Educate golfers on course rules, safety, and proper etiquette.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to make all guests feel welcome and supported.
- Collaborate with senior instructors and facility staff to run clinics and promotional events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Freshers to 6 months of experience in golf instruction or related roles. Former caddie experience or a strong personal history as an active golf player is highly preferred.
- Golf Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic golf rules, mechanics, and terminology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members and guests.
- Attributes: Patient, encouraging, punctual, and eager to learn advanced coaching methods.
