Training Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

Post-Training CTC: ₹2.4 LPA

About the Role

This 6-month training program offers practical exposure to international business development, lead generation, client communication, and CRM management. Candidates will receive structured training, mentorship, and an opportunity to build a long-term career with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels.
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings for the senior Business Development team.
- Maintain and update accurate prospect information in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and build professional relationships.




- Meet assigned activity and performance targets.
- Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in business development.
- Comfortable working in the US business shift.
