Reporting To: Technical Manager / Plant Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and responsible Technical Resource to support plant operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain equipment, and ensure smooth and efficient production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day technical and maintenance-related activities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and production equipment issues.
- Identify the root cause of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.
- Ensure machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for technical issues.
- Monitor machine performance and reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintain records of maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machines and equipment.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and technical equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service engineers when required.




- Provide technical guidance and support to operators and junior technicians.
- Suggest improvements for machine efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.

Required Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a relevant technical field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings/manuals.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
