We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tracking Executive to monitor vehicle movement and ensure smooth coordination from placement/loading until final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Track vehicles from placement/loading until final delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor vehicle movement through GPS and tracking systems.
- Provide regular updates regarding shipment and vehicle status.
- Follow up on delays, breakdowns, route deviations, loading/unloading, and other operational issues.
- Maintain daily tracking reports and MIS.
- Follow up on POD/e-POD and other delivery-related documents.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination for smooth delivery operations.

Requirements

- Graduate candidates preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation tracking, or operations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and professional email communication.
- Candidates with prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
