- IT Support (End user computer & manufacturing systems computer support, printer, Ticketing Tool Support, basic network support , IT Asset Management, backup monitoring, IT operations support etc.)
- Installs and configure PCs/laptops and peripherals.
- Install and setup OS and peripherals application.
- Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required.
- Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions and demeanor
- Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
- Manage basic network issues - Limited to end user LAN support.
- Manage client assets and ensure that there is no gap on the asset list. Baxter to provide a locked storage facility with access control to ensure security of all Baxter assets.



Service provider will ensure that all his associates follow the security measures or procedures laid down at the sites by Baxter.
- The responsibilities may change per business requirements and the candidate should be willing to adapt to the changes and processes limited to IT Support

Candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered where they can demonstrate a robust interest in technology, good problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
