Role Overview

We are looking for a Operations Manager (B2C and B2B) to manage business operations, teams, clients, and performance across both verticals while ensuring smooth execution and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day B2B & B2C operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance against targets.
- Manage key clients and handle escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Photography, Editing, QC, and other teams.
- Track revenue, productivity, KPIs, and operational performance.




- Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
- Work closely with management to achieve business and operational goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations, B2B/B2C, Sales, or similar roles.
- Strong team handling and client management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- CRM/ERP knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
