The role will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified teachers and school staff. This is a recruitment-focused position, and candidates with only HR Operations, Sales, or Business Development experience are not preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment databases, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and school requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and school management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified teachers
- Conduct candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process




- Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Ensure vacancies are closed within the required timelines

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Education-sector recruitment experience is mandatory
- Experience recruiting teachers for schools is strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Experience using job portals and recruitment databases
- Hindi and Marathi proficiency required
- Good English communication skills
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Not Preferred

- Candidates with only HR Operations experience
- Candidates primarily from Sales / Business Development
- Candidates without recruitment experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
