Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sourcing Manager specializing in Real Estate to join our dynamic team. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies for all real estate-related needs, including property acquisitions, leases, facilities management services, construction services, and other related vendor engagements. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex contracts and vendor relationships to achieve optimal value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage strategic sourcing initiatives for real estate properties, including office spaces, retail locations, industrial sites, and land acquisitions, as well as associated services (e.g., brokerage, legal, construction, facilities maintenance).
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential properties, market trends, pricing benchmarks, and qualified suppliers/partners within the real estate sector.
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFI/RFP development, vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.




- Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with landlords, brokers, developers, contractors, and other real estate service providers to secure the best value for the company.
- Manage and cultivate robust relationships with key real estate vendors and service providers, monitoring performance against KPIs and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, Project Management, and Business Units, to understand their real estate requirements and ensure successful project execution.
- Perform financial analysis, cost modeling, and due diligence for real estate transactions to support informed decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with real estate transactions and vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the real estate procurement function.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of real estate market dynamics, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
