Job Description:
1. Provide support on Outlook related issues and Windows OS related issues
2. End to end trouble shooting End user services network issue
3. Coordinating with Vendors to troubleshoot on assets which are in Warranty
4. Should be ready to work in 24x7 setting.
5. Preparing SLA/Performance reports and meeting with Customers to manage regular operation
6. Ticket handling
7. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
8. Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node/system/services
9. Emergency Handling and chronology preparation
10. Coordinating with care/vendor team for handling resolved cases
11. Interfacing with other Technical Teams
12. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
13. Coordinating with field team if onsite support required on faults
14. Preparation of script and Impact analysis for changes that needs to be done in network.
15. Conduct remote troubleshooting
16. Ensuring coordination with cross-functional teams (if any) for various issues during any configuration changes.
17. Hand over and activity sheet preparation
18. Ability to identify problems and act accordingly as per defined CM process
19. Ensuring Post check of activities done during MW period.
20. Experience in trouble shooting of configuration related issues.
Graduate Trainee Requirements:
1. Previous work experience is not necessary, but may be advantageous.
2. A valid driver's license.
