We are seeking an experienced Consumer Lawyer to support our investment company in handling ongoing consumer court recovery matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and assist the company in consumer court proceedings.
- Draft, review, and file legal notices, complaints, replies, and other legal documents.
- Follow up on ongoing recovery and dispute matters.
- Coordinate with company management regarding case strategy and status updates.
- Provide legal advice related to consumer protection and recovery matters.
- Attend hearings as required.
