-Segmentthecustomerdatabase(HNI,repeatbuyers,occasion-basedbuyers)fortargetedmarketing

-Trackcustomerlifetimevalue,repeatpurchaserateandretentionmetricsreporttoleadership

-CoordinatewithshowroomteamstodriveCRMadoptionandaccuratedatacaptureatpointofsale

-Managetheloyalty/rewardsandreferralprograms,includingpersonalizedoffers

-LiaisewithIT/Salesforceimplementationpartnersonsystemupgradesandintegrations(POS,e-commerce,WhatsAppBusinessAPI)

-TrainshowroomstaffonCRMtoolsandcustomer-databestpractices

RequiredSkills&Competencies;

-Salesforce(SalesCloud/ServiceCloud/MarketingCloud)-mandatory

-SQL/dataanalysis
