.Owndistributionsetupandsecondarysalesforcedeploymentextendsupportforimplementationofallactivitiesthroughthesecondarysalesnetwork.

.Implementalltrade/consumeractivationsandmerchandising(visibility)programswithtimely,qualityfeedbackasperguidelines.

.Ensuredistributors'compliancewithrolesandresponsibilitiesdevelopeachdistributorprofitablyandexecutesales/discount/tradingtermsasdeterminedbythecompany.

.Monitorandminimizebad-goodsreturnstrackdeliveriesfromdistributorstocustomersandensureeffectivemarketcoverage.





.Monitordistributoroverheadsandprofitability(ROI)buildstrongbusinessrelationshipswithdistributors,trade,andkeyaccountsinassignedterritories.

.Produceaccurateandtimelymarketintelligencereports(competitoractivity,pricechanges,promotionalsupport)andcoordinatecommunicationbetweentheteamanddistributormanagement.
