About the Role

Looking for dynamic Corporate Field Sales Specialists across key metro cities to drive corporate account acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire recent corporate client accounts across the region.
- CXO & Decision-Maker Engagement: Connect and pitch to HR, Admin, Procurement, Corporate Travel Desks, and CXOs.
- B2B & Event Planner Partnerships: Drive B2B opportunities by building strong relationships with event planners and corporate event organizers.
- Service Portfolio Promotion: Promote Travelbell's complete suite of offerings, including Corporate Travel Management, Flights, Hotels, Holidays, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and Event Venues.
- Deal Closure & Negotiations: Prepare tailored proposals,



negotiate commercial terms, finalize contracts, and establish long-term corporate relationships.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Field Sales & Travel: Conduct extensive field visits and travel across the assigned city/state for client meetings and market coverage.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in Corporate / B2B Sales (experience in Travel, Hospitality, or MICE is highly preferred).
- Exceptional networking, negotiation, and corporate presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a strong bias for action.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development within the state/region.
