Key Responsibilities

Model Design and Standardization

- Lead the design, documentation, and continuous refinement of CanKids NOP models including CCC, CHSU, HAH, and Care Centres
- Develop and update SOPs, policy documents, implementation roadmaps, manuals, and toolkits for national scale-up
- Ensure operational and technically sound NOP models for contextualized implementation

Government Integration and Advocacy

- Provide technical guidance to regional/state teams for implementation aligned with national goals
- Engage with state and central government health departments for program integration under NPCDCS, AB-PMJAY, and other public health missions
- Facilitate MoUs with state governments to align with CanKids CCC roadmap
- Represent CanKids in relevant policy forums, government consultations, and national health platforms

Capacity Building and Training

- Design and deliver capacity building modules and trainings for internal teams, frontline workers, and government health staff
- Develop adult-learning-based training resources to ensure effective knowledge transfer and program uptake
- Mentor state coordinators and regional heads on public health implementation and model effectiveness

Data-Driven Strategy and Reporting





- Collaborate with the MELS team to ensure robust monitoring and evaluation of model outcomes
- Promote real-time data updates and accuracy through platforms like Salesforce (vCAN)
- Use data insights for evidence-based decision-making, policy feedback, and strategic planning
- Support project evaluations, audits, and impact measurement frameworks

Partnership and Knowledge Sharing

- Facilitate cross-learning between states through documentation and sharing of best practices
- Support technical writing for government proposals, program briefs, and policy integration documents

Additional Duties

- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the senior leadership team

Key Outcomes Expected

- Technically sound and standardized NOP models implemented across locations
- Government integration of CHSU and CCC projects with signed MoUs and active collaborations
- Capacity building modules delivered with measurable outcomes across stakeholders
- Up-to-date data systems (Access2Care) and real-time reporting dashboards operational
- Timely completion of audits, evaluations, and partnership documentation
