Responsibilities :

- Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates,
- - Sourcing the candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and social media and job postings in the portal.
- - Taking first round of Techno HR interview.
- - Identify right fit for the position
- - Scheduling the candidates for next round of interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback.
- - Rolling out offers and salary negotiation.
- - Follow up with the candidate till they are onboarded.
- Carry out joining formalities.
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment and robust in IT recruitment.
- Should be able to identify information gaps in CVs.
