you'll be responsible for:

- Translating complex technical information into explicit, concise, and user-friendly documentation tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Creating post-sales content and enhance documentation with visuals to support UX and engineering teams
- Collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts (SMEs) from Engineering, Field Support, Sales, Training, and Product Marketing teams
- Leading and mentoring fellow technical writers, while also supporting documentation project scheduling and management
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of standards, style guides, and terminology best practices

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in technical writing
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications,



or a related field (certifications in technical writing or communications are also acceptable)
- Proven experience in writing REST API documentation
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Open API Specification (Swagger) and JSON
- Proficiency in using tools like JIRA and/or Confluence

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

- Experienced in Agile development environments with a proven track record of creating online help documentation and knowledge base articles
- Background in network and/or cloud security.
- Hands-on expertise with HTML5 and CSS with web-based or mobile products
