2. Provide technical direction on high-volume, low-latency execution and ensure scalability and reliability of platform components.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to define the architecture and business requirements.
4. Coach and mentor engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and guiding them through design and development.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Lead the technical development and design of the software platform with a focus on simplicity, up-to-date patterns, and cloud environments.
2. Utilize domain-driven, event-driven, and microservice architectures to create scalable, maintainable solutions.
