- Talent Practices: Role is responsible for Talent Management activities across all Business and Functions at FAI.
- Works with the Talent Management Learning Head HRBP team to design execute the talent plan, for individual businesses functions - Talent Review, Succession planning, Competency/Skills Framework Fungibility of workforce.
- Career Development: Design Career Frameworks, Create Career Paths and implement Career development programs to enhance internal mobility.
- Support the implementation of Top Critical talent identification and talent pipeline development for the work force.
- Lead talent practices policies with a positive outcome on fairness and transparency, development grow and career progression.
- Employee Development: Work in collaboration with Learning Development to design development journeys for Hi-Potential talent and Critical roles.
- Map Skill based incentive process with the help of the Business SMEs and HRBP team.
- Establish an Assessment CoE to support Hiring and Skill identification and development.
- Internal Job Movement Process: Manage internal resource mobilization basis inputs from the Talent Acquisition team and Talent pipeline, work in partnership with HRBP
- Strengthen and Support the Internal Job movement process
- Data Analytics and Reporting:



Analyze talent data and publish dashboards and reports with inferences for all Businesses Functions.

Key Requirements:

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or equivalent
- Certification in Talent Management (good to have).
- 9 -12 years of experience in Talent Management or OD with a solid focus on talent development and succession planning for Tech/GCC MNCs. A mixed experience of consulting in talent management, HR, COE roles is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision making
- Proven experience in implementing talent activities in mid-sized organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and project management skills
- Functional Knowledge - Understands job architecture, Competency framework Skill based rewards.
