Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Design and implement microservices architecture and serverless solutions.
- Work closely with the UI/UX team to integrate responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in cloud-based applications.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.




- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Redux, and Next.js is a plus.
- Knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Nice to have

- Experience working in insurance technology or fintech is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations in web applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
