Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & adherence to timelines:

o Support project planning and execution defined as per the internship project

o Track project progress and report on milestones to complete with in the said/defined timeline and deliver the same

o Contribute to process improvements WITH THE OBJECTIVE to sustain delivery predictability and internal commitments WITHIN the guidelines of the said project outcomes (specific to Internship project)

2. Demonstrate ownership &accountability;: while handling tasks and processes and ensures timely and error free internship project delivery

3. Conduct Research, Knowledge Mgt:

o Perform market research and analysis.

o Gather and analyze data to support business decisions.

o Ideation and process improvement- Comes up with recent ideas to improve in own work area/process/automation etc. as per the internship project objectives

4. Collaborate with Team Members:

o Work closely with various departments to support the internship projects.

5. Learning and Development:





o Participate in training sessions and workshops assigned as apart of the Internship Program

o Take initiative to learn about the industry and company operations.

6. Compliance, Documentation & Audit:

o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while presenting Internship project outcomes

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation (if any)

o Ensures adherence to process by collating data, and tallying deliverables as per process defined, closure of missing data elements for the respective project

7. Analytics & Reporting:

o Analyze the data, identify patterns, trends and come up with critical insights defined as per the project outcome

o Provide and close standard data requirements from Units, conduct data analysis set up as required (as per project ask only)

o Co-relation of various data sets and come up with recommendations and actionable inputs for the benefit of the project/relating to the outcome of the internship project
