We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary CBSE School Principal to lead our school with strong academic leadership, effective administration, and a commitment to holistic student development.

The Principal will be responsible for providing strategic direction, maintaining high academic standards, mentoring staff, ensuring CBSE compliance, and fostering a safe, disciplined, and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide effective academic and administrative leadership for the school.
- Develop and implement academic plans aligned with CBSE standards and school objectives.
- Monitor teaching quality, student performance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations, policies, and documentation requirements.
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies, technology integration, and experiential learning.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, student welfare, and safeguarding.
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, teachers, and the management.
- Organize academic activities, examinations, events, and co-curricular programmes.
- Monitor school operations, infrastructure, resources, and overall institutional effectiveness.




- Analyse academic and operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the school professionally with parents, education authorities, and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

- Master's Degree with B.Ed. or equivalent qualified qualification.
- Strong experience in school leadership and academic administration.
- Experience in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE academic processes, policies, and school administration.
- Ability to lead and develop a large teaching team.
- Strong commitment to student-centred education and holistic development.
