About the Role
We're looking for an Architect with 2 plus years of experience who can independently handle both architectural and interior drawings — from working drawings through detailing — and assist with site coordination. You'll work closely with the design leads on a range of residential and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural and interior drawings, working drawings, and detailing (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Develop 3D views/models in SketchUp for design presentation
- Support site visits and construction coordination
- Assist in coordinating with contractors and vendors during execution
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 2 plus years of experience, with exposure to both architectural and interior drawings
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Valuable eye for detail and design sensibility
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
