- Ensure timely retrieval of Medical records as and when required.
- Ensure proper upkeep of medical records.
- Generating Monthly statistics.
- Timely submission of Birth / Death certificate.
- Ensuring that ICD coding is done properly
- Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures
- Issue and receive OP files.
- Assemble IP files according to the IP assembling format
- Filling of Lab Reports and Medical Records.
- Preparing Birth / Death information.
- Preparing Discharge analysis.
- ICD coding.
- Follow the Departmental Protocols / Procedures
- Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
