Job Summary

CARECIL PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Shade Matching Technician to support shade matching and colour development activities across OEM and automotive refinish coating applications. The candidate will be responsible for achieving accurate colour shades, maintaining colour consistency, conducting trials, and supporting technical teams in resolving colour-related issues.

- Key Responsibilities

- Perform shade matching and colour development for OEM and automotive coating applications.

- Prepare and evaluate colour samples and spray-out panels.

- Identify colour variations and make necessary shade/formula adjustments.

- Maintain shade formulas, trial records, and colour documentation.

- Conduct colour and coating quality checks as per company standards.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and Quality teams for colour-related issues.

- Support customer shade requirements and technical complaints.

- Ensure colour accuracy and consistency across batches.

- Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Paint Technology, Polymer Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.

- Candidates with relevant experience in paint, coatings,



colour matching, or shade development will be preferred.

- Required Skills

- Good knowledge of colour theory and shade matching.

- Understanding of paint and coating systems.

- Good colour observation and differentiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of paint formulation and pigments.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to maintain technical records and follow quality procedures.

- Good teamwork and communication skills.

- Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Candidates with hands-on experience in OEM coatings, automotive refinish, or other paint/coating industries will be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
