Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, and ensuring projects meet design, quality, budget, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation as required.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and local development norms.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals when required.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Review drawings and resolve design or execution-related issues.
- Maintain project documentation and meet agreed project timelines.
- Assist in preparing BOQs,



specifications, and material selections where required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D visualization, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of building construction, materials, and architectural detailing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with robust design and software skills may also be considered.
