Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations / Production Head to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations for commercial furniture. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in commercial furniture production, factory operations, production planning, manpower management, quality control, costing, inventory and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage complete production and factory operations for commercial furniture manufacturing.

· Plan and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production schedules as per project requirements.

· Ensure timely production and delivery of furniture as per quality, quantity and project timelines.

· Manage production teams, supervisors, workers and contract manpower.

· Optimize manpower, machinery, materials and production capacity.

· Monitor raw material planning, inventory, wastage and consumption.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Design, Sales, Projects, Stores and Installation teams.

· Ensure furniture is manufactured as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and quality standards.





· Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

· Monitor production costs and control unnecessary wastage and operational expenses.

· Establish and maintain SOPs, quality standards and production processes.

· Conduct regular quality inspections at different stages of production.

· Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery and equipment.

· Track production MIS, productivity, rejection, wastage and order status.

· Handle production-related issues and ensure quick resolution.

· Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping and factory discipline.

· Develop and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

· Manage multiple commercial furniture projects simultaneously.

· Support management in capacity planning, production costing and operational strategy.

Pay: ₹21,458.80 - ₹98,301.14 per month
