We are hiring a CSR Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships professional with 6–15+ years of experience and mandatory NGO fundraising experience. The role is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model and focuses on building large-scale CSR partnerships in Education, Skilling and Employability. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing/closing ₹3 Cr–₹15 Cr+ CSR partnerships, with at least one ₹5 Cr+ CSR grant preferred, along with solid CXO/CSR Head engagement, fundraising, negotiation, donor management and CSR compliance experience. CTC: 20–25% hike on current CTC, based on experience and performance.
