Key Responsibilities
- Convert content: Change PDFs, Word documents, or InDesign files into EPUB 3 reflowable or fixed-layout formats.
- Code and style: Use HTML5, CSS3, and XML to structure and design the text.
- Add accessibility: Ensure files match accessibility rules like WCAG, DAISY, and SMIL media overlays for audio synchronization.
- Test files: Check the digital books on different e-readers and fix any layout or playback errors.
- Meet deadlines: Complete projects quickly while keeping a high level of accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical knowledge: Basic-to-strong skills in HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years working in digital publishing or data conversion.
- Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or specialized XML/EPUB editors.
- Detail focus: Robust proofreading and problem-solving skills for code and text
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
