About the Role

We are looking for a Jr AI/MLOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML development, MLOps, AI infrastructure, platform engineering, cloud technologies, and DevOps, with strong expertise in AWS and Python.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models and MLOps pipelines.
- Develop ML workflows covering training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Design and manage scalable AI infrastructure, particularly on AWS.
- Build and automate platform infrastructure for AI/ML workloads.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate ML model deployments.
- Monitor model performance, infrastructure health, logging, and alerts.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and modern DevOps tools.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Product teams.
- Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization of AI/ML platforms.

Required Technical Skills

- AI / Machine Learning
- Strong Python programming

MLOps

- ML lifecycle and model deployment
- MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar tools
- Model versioning, monitoring, retraining, and governance





AI Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

- Experience designing and managing AI/ML infrastructure
- Strong understanding of Platform Engineering
- Building scalable and reliable developer/ML platforms
- Automation, observability, security, and infrastructure optimization

Cloud & DevOps

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS
- AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Lambda, SageMaker, CloudWatch, IAM and VPC
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD – GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
- Linux and Bash scripting
