We are looking for a curious, organised and highly proactive Podcast & Research Intern to help us build and grow our podcast.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys discovering interesting people, diving deep into research, and turning ideas into engaging conversations and content.

What You'll Do

· Research interesting guests, topics, industries and trends for upcoming podcast episodes.

· Identify and create lists of potential podcast guests.

· Reach out to guests and manage invitations and follow-ups.

· Research each confirmed guest in depth, including their background, work, achievements, opinions and previous interviews.

· Assist in creating episode briefs, conversation flows and podcast scripts.

· Come up with compelling questions, hooks and discussion points.

· Stay updated on trending topics and identify timely podcast opportunities.

· Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth podcast planning and execution.

· Help with any additional research and content requirements related to the podcast.

What We're Looking For





· Strong research and internet skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Someone who is naturally curious and enjoys learning about different people and industries.

· Good understanding of current affairs, business, culture, media and/or the creator ecosystem is a plus.

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

· Comfortable reaching out to people professionally.

· Ability to think creatively and come up with interesting angles and questions.

· Basic understanding of podcasts and digital content is preferred, but not mandatory.
