We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Packaging Graphic Designerwith a strong understanding of packaging design, branding, and print production. The ideal candidate should be able to take projects from concept development to production-ready artwork while maintaining high design standards and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design premium packaging solutions for gifting, retail, FMCG, wellness, cosmetics, luxury, and consumer brands.
- Develop creative packaging concepts, layouts, illustrations, patterns, typography, and visual themes.
- Design rigid boxes, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, sleeves, labels, inserts, and other packaging formats.
- Create mood boards, mockups, and presentation designs for client approvals.
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork with proper bleed, colour profiles, and production specifications.
- Adapt artwork across multiple packaging sizes and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Work with existing dielines and collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth execution.
- Understand packaging materials and print finishing techniques such as foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, UV coating, lamination, textured papers, and specialty finishes.
- Ensure all artwork meets manufacturing and printing requirements.
- Design branding materials, marketing collateral,



and other print communication as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest packaging, branding, and design trends.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, and other creative tools.
- Excellent understanding of packaging design, dielines, print production, and pre-press processes.
- Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to create original illustrations, patterns, icons, and visual assets.
- Strong understanding of premium packaging aesthetics.
- Experience preparing production-ready artwork for commercial printing.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries will be preferred:

- Premium Gifting FMCG Food & Beverage Wellness Cosmetics & Beauty Luxury Products Retail Packaging Corporate Gifting

Experience coordinating with printers or production teams will be an added advantage. Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and mockup software is also a plus.

Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or Print Design.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- A robust portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and print-related work is mandatory.
- Must be willing to work from the office in Andheri East, Mumbai.
