Job Summary

Akal Academy Basti Vsava Singh is looking for a dedicated, qualified, and passionate English & Social Science Teacher who can create an engaging learning environment and help students develop strong academic, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English and Social Science as per the CBSE curriculum and academy guidelines.
- Prepare effective lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Develop students’ English language, grammar, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Explain Social Science concepts clearly using examples, activities, discussions, and teaching aids.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and classroom assessments.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide individual support where required.
- Maintain proper classroom discipline and encourage positive learning habits.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, training programmes, and other academic responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate academic records and complete assigned documentation on time.




- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall development of students.
- Follow the academic standards, values, discipline, and policies of Akal Academy.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Social Science, History, Political Science, Geography, or a relevant subject.
- Candidates with CBSE school teaching experience will be preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
- Freshers with solid subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
