Roles & Responsibilities – Executive R&D; (PE Colour)

- Develop and test recent PE Colour Masterbatch products.
- Perform colour matching and prepare accurate colour matching reports.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to colour masterbatches.
- Maintain ISO documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor processing parameters and support continuous product improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IMS, safety, and company procedures.
- Conduct pigment testing and product performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for successful product development.
- Support technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Train team members on safety practices and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

- B.E. Chemical / Diploma in Plastic Technology / CIPET qualification.
- 12+ years of experience in pigment testing and colour matching.
- Strong knowledge of colour masterbatches, processing parameters, and customer complaint handling.
- Experience in colour matching and ISO documentation.
- CIPET membership is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
