- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration into project activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing and developing custom extensions and enhancements within SAP EWM environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP EWM modules.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and modern programming frameworks.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
