- Supervise day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities of CNC machines and associated equipment.
- Carry out and monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems related to CNC machines, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and coolant systems.
- Handle mechanical maintenance of CNC turning, VMC, HMC and other machining equipment.
- Identify root causes of repeated machine breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor machine downtime, breakdown frequency and maintenance response time.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, spare consumption and machine history.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Electrical Maintenance and other departments for machine-related issues.
- Ensure availability and proper management of critical mechanical spare parts.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate daily maintenance activities.




- Ensure maintenance work is carried out safely and as per company procedures.
- Support installation, commissioning, shifting and modification of CNC machines and related equipment.
- Inspect and maintain mechanical components such as bearings, ball screws, guideways, couplings, gearboxes, hydraulic pumps, cylinders and pneumatic systems.
- Analyze machine abnormalities such as vibration, noise, temperature rise, leakage and accuracy-related issues.
- Maintain and improve machine MTBF and MTTR.
- Develop and implement maintenance improvement initiatives to increase machine availability and reliability.
- Coordinate with machine manufacturers/service providers for major breakdowns and technical support.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in the maintenance area.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
